Women are the great consumers. Just look at their makeup stuff and all the creams and potions; look at the clothes they keep buying – I need a new outfit for \u2026. Then there\u2019s the celebration of Christmas which involves buying (usually useless) presents for all the family and small items for all their female friends and wrapping everything up in expensive wrapping paper. Then of course there\u2019s the celebration of everyone\u2019s birthday, all family members and female friends, with at least a card but usually with a present as well. Any male that criticises this excess is labelled with \u2018Ya Boo Humbug\u2019 – I just want everything to be nice. In many cases that extends to the home where furniture and furnishings have to be just so – I just want everything to be nice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It\u2019s a shame really as they don\u2019t understand that they are being materialistic and bringing their children to be as well. They do so much more to keep families and homes together than men generally but their \u2018I just want everything to be nice\u2019 behaviour is creating so much waste and does very little to increase everyone\u2019s happiness. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
