King prawns – pack of ?250 g
Pollock – 3 small fillets
Eggs – 2 hardboiled
Onion 1 – chopped and fried
Oil – 2/3 tablespoonsful
Milk + optional cream
White wine – glassful
Lemon – squeeze of
Parsley – tablespoon of chopped
Curry powder
Fry onion and add dessert spoon flour and small amount curry powder then add milk, lemon juice and wine to make a medium thickness sauce. Add parsley. Serve with rice.
